A new landmark

As well as lots of of indoor facilities, Brightwells Yard will have plenty of outdoor space to explore and footpaths leading out to the town centre and down to the River Wey. While it’s a new addition to the town, every aspect of Brightwells Yard has been thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding area and Farnham’s deep heritage.

Town Square

The beautifully designed new town square will be made from materials originating from Farnham, adding unique character and style. With a capacity of up to 5,000 people, the square and Brightwell Garden will be perfect for farmers’ markets, foodie festivals, fairs and alfresco dining.

We are delighted to say that the original Grade II listed Brightwell House will be restored to its former glory. It will be a magnificent masterpiece, split into two cafes or restaurants. Our dream is to keep the original features, such as the chimneys, windows, staircase and glazed veranda to be preserved and reinstated for everyone to enjoy.
